1.          At the end of each month, you send us your bank, credit card and other statements through email/fax/mail.

2.          We enter the data and prepare your reports

3.          We email the reports to you and charge your credit card for the month.

·                         Balance Sheet

·                                     $250 per month (includes 85 transactions) (1)

·                         Additional transactions charged at the rate of $2.00  per transaction

·                         One-time setup fee: $175

·                                       How it works:

1.          Every week, you send us the details of your invoices, bills, payments, deposits etc. Additionally, at the end of each month, you send us your bank, credit card and other statements.

2.          Each week, we enter the data and prepare your reports

3.          We email you your weekly reports within 5 business days from the date of receipt of your data. We email the monthly reports to you   and charge your credit card for the month

·                                      $500 per month (includes 167 transactions) (1)

·                         Additional transactions charged at the rate of $2.00 per transaction

·                                       How it works:

1.          Every day, you send us the details of your invoices, bills, payments, deposits etc. Additionally, at the end of each month, you send us your bank, credit card and other statements. 

2.          We enter the data and prepare your reports

3.          We email you your daily reports within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of your data.  We email the monthly reports to you and charge your credit card for the month

(1) Please Note: For our bookkeeping purposes, a transaction is each item on your bank/credit card or other statements.  Generally, each debit or each credit on any of your statements would be considered a transaction.
